
Guillermo Cuéllar, Ed.D., President and
Co-Founding Director of the Center for Creative Consciousness (CCC),
has 28 years of experience in the fields of art, creative behavior, and
Gestalt and family therapies. He is an organizational development consultant
to Fortune 500 companies and others addressing such issues as long-term
cultural change, multicultural development, creativity and innovation,
managing diversity, and facilitating conversions to worker-owned
organizations. He provides professional services in both English and
Spanish.
Guillermo has blended his many interests into
his consulting activities. He completed his undergraduate degree with a
double major in biology and art. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a master's
degree in counseling from the University of South Florida in Tampa, and
holds a doctorate in organizational development from the University of
Massachusetts in Amherst. Guillermo has been a life-long photographer,
sculptor, and artist.
He has practiced yoga and meditation for the past 35 years, and taught yoga
from 1971 to 1990.
His vision is to support individuals and
organizations to align actions, personal dilemmas and challenges in life to
their integrity led him to develop the
Life Learning ModelTM
The model is the framework for a process that explains how to release
fear-based survival patterns and embrace creative, proactive,
results-oriented patterns.

Dale Schwarz, M. Ed., ATR, LMHC, is the
Co-Founding Director of the Center for Creative Consciousness (CCC)
established in 1998. Since 1976, Dale has been coaching individuals and
facilitating groups to develop creative behaviors, based on a unique method
she designed. In 1991 Dale began providing organizational development and
management services to both public and private sector clients.
Dale is a Registered Art Therapist, in
practice for over 30 years and works with people of all ages. In 1981 with
Guillermo Cuellar, she co-founded the New England Art Therapy Institute.
NEATI is now a division of CCC and offers therapy, supervision, workshops
and training. Dale also taught creativity and art therapy courses for 14
years at Salem State College and had been a guest lecturer at numerous
Colleges and University’s.
A unique aspect of Dale’s work is helping
people use metaphor and images to enhance communication and bring forth
their talents. She is skilled in helping individuals and groups create
supportive learning environments that encourage risk-taking and moving
beyond pre-conceptions.
Recently, in collaboration with Anne Davidson,
Dale developed and co-leads the Facilitative Coach workshop. It is offered
through Roger Schwarz & Associates, a consulting and training firm based in
Chapel Hill, NC, where Dale is an associate. Dale has written and published
articles about coaching and incorporating visual expression within
organizations. She co-authored with Anne Davidson a chapter about their
coaching model in the newly
published The Skilled Facilitator
Fieldbook.

Dale is also the coauthor of a new book:
Facilitative Coaching: A toolkit
for expanding your repertoire and achieving lasting result.
Dale received her Bachelor of Science degree
from New York University where she studied social sciences and a humanistic
approach to art and education. At Lesley University she earned a M. Ed.
degree in Expressive Therapies specializing in art therapy. She is a
member of The American Art Therapy Association. Dale also studied
organizational development at Antioch College and is a Licensed Mental
Health Counselor.
Throughout her life Dale has been an artist.
