Creativity In ActionTMOrganizations that are "creatively fit" experience high retention among valued employees because they recognize and nourish individual talent. Talent, after all, is the source of strength for the individual and foundation of success for the organization. Creativity In Action (CIA) is a process that can help you attract and retain the talent you need. The three-tiered effort focuses on:
Women's Professional DevelopmentWomen have more choices than ever before. They also are more challenged when it comes to using their limited resources (time, energy, finances) in ways that are healthy and fulfilling. This program addresses issues such as:
Using the Creativity in Action process, participants apply their talent and strengths to find creative solutions to address specific needs for professional development.Relationship Alignment ProcessTM (RAP)Current research indicates that successful integration of women, people of color, and people of culturally diverse backgrounds is directly linked to two organizational practices:
The Relationship Alignment Process improves the quality of relationships in the organization across differences such as gender, race, culture and level. RAP addresses the quality work life and facilitates the ability of the individuals involved to address issues directly. For professionals, a supportive environment heavily influences choices about where they want to work and how they perform. Incorporated into the culture as an organizational practice, RAP improves the numbers on attracting, promotion and retaining targeted groups, and reduces expenses related to the cost of turnover.Integrating Change Among Multifunctional TeamsAchieving real, sustained change requires the involvement of everyone in the organization who will be expected to behave differently. Involvement can be accomplished by including representatives for each group or team, but it is imperative that there is an exchange of accurate information and perspectives. The course, Integration Change Among Multifunctional Teams, was designed as a model for effective change among disparate groups. |
"It was amazing to watch the evolution of the group. It began as a static group of strangers, and via the creative process we transformed into a vibrant, colorful, dynamic and fluid group." Program Participant
